S4 was created by Scott Savedow to address the specialized needs of Public Housing Authorities, Property Management Firms, and Law Enforcement Agencies.  Our goal is to help you address program violations, fraud, and security matters to ensure that your programs and communities are not just safe, but pleasant places to reside, work, and raise a family.
